Sip, Shop, and Sprint: November Happenings in the Eastern Townships
It's chilly out there! We're staying warm with wine tastings, festive fairs, and mountain runs. Bundle up for the season ahead!
đ» Beer Please!
Café Hubert St-Jean and Microbrasserie Siboire have teamed up to create a new brew! The beer combines a century-long tradition of micro-roasting and the expertise of artisans from across the Eastern Townships. As a tribute to the unique history of the region, the beer features warming notes of spices and tea. Pick up a 4-pack at any of the @auventdunord branches or the Siboire convenience store.
đChristmas Markets Galore
Itâs that time of year to swap outdoor farmers markets with cozy holiday fairs! Whether youâre searching for the perfect locally made gift or looking to sell your own unique wares, weâve rounded up our top three markets this season: âJardins des FĂȘtesâ November 25-26th in Eastman, âLe MarchĂ© de NoĂ«l de Suttonâ November 25-26th and December 2-3rd in Sutton, and the âMarche de NoĂ«lâ December 2-3rd in Magog.
đ·Sip, Savour and Discover!Â
Le Cep dâArgent boasts some impressive stats: a 114-acre vineyard with views of Lake Magog, 60,000 vines and an annual production of 125,000 bottles of wine. Another fun fact? Theyâre running tours and barrel tastings for $28/person from Friday and Saturday at 3PM and Sunday at 2:30 PM all winter long. Cheers! Â đ„
