A ‘Pasta’ Perfect Valentines🍝💝

Ferme Quatre Jeudis has been quietly cooking up a storm with their handmade pasta brand Giovedi Pasta. The regenerative farm in Saint-Roch-de-Richelieu makes their delicate creations with flour grown in Quebec and sources ingredients local to the region. This Valentines day they’re preparing boxes for a perfect meal at home. Dishes include focaccia, pesto and pistachio burrata, duck pasta, tiramisu and flowers for the table! What more could you ask for! 

Après Ski! Yes Please! 🍷🎿

On February 3rd La Réserve will be teaming up with Montreal based wine importer Decuvers to bring luscious reds from Savoie and whites from Ardèche for a special apres ski evening in Sutton. That’s not all! The event also includes a menu filled with all your favourite after ski dishes including mac’n cheese and pouding chômeur. We’d recommend making a reservation fast - their last event sold out quick!
